Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd - oil and gas exploration in Atlantic margin, offshore Guyana, Namibia, and South Africa - Says Non-Executive Chair Moshe Peterburg was a victim of a fraud that resulted in the unauthorised sales by a broker of 1.2 million Eco Atlantic shares, a 0.4% stake. The sales, at unknown prices, occurred between July 21, 2021 and this past August 15 in a series of small transactions in Toronto and London without Peterburg’s knowledge, the company says. He continues to hold 10.0 million shares, a 2.9% stake. Authorities have started criminal proceedings against the unnamed stockbroker. The stock is down 1.9% on Wednesday in London.

ITM Power PLC - South Yorkshire-based energy storage and clean fuel firm - Chief Executive Officer Graham Cooley buys 173,360 shares at £1.11 to £1.18, worth £199,998, on Thursday last week and Tuesday this week. Cooley also exercises options for 3.0 million shares and sells 1.9 million of these to cover tax. He now has 2.1 million shares, a 0.3% stake. Last week, ITM Power said Cooley will step down as CEO after 13 years in post but will stay until a successor is found.

Cake Box Holdings PLC - London-based egg-free cream cake seller - Chief Executive Officer Sukh Chamdal buys 150,000 shares at 139.0p, worth £208,500, on Tuesday. Now has 10.2 million shares, a 25% stake. Chamdal had bought 225,000 at the start of the month, after Cake Box shares lost 40% in a day on a profit warning by the company.
