The shares were bought from Eclectic Capital Ltd in London on Thursday.

Macmillan Trading Co Ltd, is owned by Head of Strategy German Kaplun, Head of Investments Artemii Iniutin and Head of Business Development Alexander Morgulchik

Following the transaction, Iniutin will be interested in 12% TMT stake, Kaplun a 24% stake, Morgulchik an 11% stake, and Selegenev an 0.3%.
