Most recently, Hickman was chief revenue officer at Dublin-based fintech business, Fire Financial Services Ltd. Previously, Hickman was chief commercial officer at AIM-listed Equals Group PLC for nearly five years

Velocys PLC, up 12% at 5.81 pence, 12-month range 4.00p-17.94p. It expects a US climate bill to be a tailwind. The bill will support financing for the firm’s US sustainable aviation fuel reference project. Congress gave final banking to a climate and health care bill, handing President Joe Biden a boost.

Eckoh PLC, up 5.1% at 43.10 pence, 12-month range 37.00p-63.88p. The London-based secure payment and customer contact products says order wins in the first quarter of financial 2023 were ‘substantially higher’ than the first quarter of year prior. It wins a two-year contract worth minimum $1.3 million with an unnamed ‘global’ hotel.

TP Group PLC, down 20% at 1.50p, 12-month range 1.20p-6.50p. The consulting firm reports a widened pretax loss in 2021. Pretax loss widens to £8 million in 2021 from £3.3 million the previous year.

CT Automotive Group PLC, down 19% at 120.00p, 12-month range 114.00p-180.00p. The Portsmouth, England-based maker of custom interiors for cars says its UK manufacturing facility has become loss making, hitting its first half gross margin by $1.7 million. ‘The board has therefore taken the decision to cease the UK manufacturing operations, which accounted for 5% of group revenues,’ CT Automotive says. It says revenue in the first half of 2022 amounts to $55 million, ahead of board expectations.
