LPA Group PLC - Essex-based LED lighting and electro-mechanical systems maker - Completes sale of an undeveloped plot of land for £1.7 million. The book value of the plot as at March 31 was ‘nil’. Says the proceeds will be recognised as an expectational gain in its full-year results. Plans to invest the net proceeds in the medium to long term to support its growth.
