The online marketing firm expects to report revenue for the year that ended June 30 increased 8.1% to £62.8 million from £58.1 million. Says this is in line with market consensus of £62.6 million. Expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization and operating profit to be ahead of expectations. Credits growth across all global regions. Intends to pay a final dividend, linked to its Ebitda growth. Says sales momentum from its fourth quarter is continuing into the new financial year.

Touchstar PLC, up 11% at 85.00p, 12-month range 63.00p-96.00p. The mobile data supplier records revenue growth of 7% to £3.1 million from £2.9 million in the first half of 2022. Recurring revenue rises 18% to £1.3 million from £1.1 million. Says it recorded ‘substantially higher’ profit in the period. Order book grows 75% to £1.1 million from £600,000. Attributes performance to positive trends in trading and customer activity that continued throughout the period. Remains focused on delivering full-year results ‘at least’ in line with market expectations.

ITM Power PLC, up 2.1% at 196.23p, 12-month range 165.45p-536.15p. Peel Hunt starts coverage on energy storage and clean fuel firm with ’buy’ rating.

AIM - LOSERS

Advance Energy PLC, down 11% at 0.09p, 12-month range 0.09p-5.70p. The cash shell says it has raised £345,000 via a share placing, providing the company with funds as it looks for a reverse takeover deal. Advance Energy placed 405.9 million new shares at 0.085p each, a 23% discount to Monday’s closing share price of 0.11p.
