Guild Esports PLC - London-based e-sports company - Signs a one-year global sponsorship deal with California-based manufacturer of athletic recovery technology devices Hyperice for an undisclosed sum. Says Hyperice is the seventh sponsor signed by Guild.
Chief Executive Kal Hourd says: ‘Physical wellbeing is a key component of in-game performance in esports, and with this deal, Guild’s roster of athletes will have access to the very best in sports recovery technologies. Our pipeline of potential new business with leading advertisers and major brands remains strong, and we look forward to announcing more deals in due course.’
Last week, Guild signed a deal with Coca-Cola Co. Earlier this month the company said it has a strong pipeline of prospective deals at various stages of negotiation.
