Goldstone Resources Ltd - Jersey, UK-based gold development company with projects in West Africa - Notes the exercise of 6 million warrants by Nguvu Holdings Ltd, to subscribe for new shares at a price of 3 pence per share.

The warrant exercise provides £180,000 of additional funding to the company, it says. Goldstone says has also received signed bond settlement agreement from Nguvu for which it will be allotted 3.6 million shares. Following the warrant exercise and the issue of the bond settlement shares, Nguvu will hold 59.6 million shares, representing a 12% stake.

Current stock price: 8.07 pence, down 1.6%
