Adriatic Metals PLC - Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina and Raska zinc-silver project in Serbia - Chief Executive Officer Paul Cronin buys 100,000 shares on Australian Securities Exchange on Thursday for A$194,775, £109,570, in total. Cronin’s stake following purchase was not stated.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey-based housebuilder - Non-Executive Director Michael Dobson, appointed chair designate earlier in June, buys 4,000 Berkeley shares at £36.17 each, £144,680 in total. Dobson’s stake following the purchase was not states. Dobson is to replace Glyn Barker as chair on September 6. Berkeley also says a party associated with Chief Executive Robert Perrins buys 50,000 shares at £36.95 each, £1.8 million in total. In addition, William and Jane Jackson buy 16,148 shares at £36.57 each, £590,566 in total. William Jackson is a non-executive director.
