Bisichi PLC on Friday reported that 25% of shares cast at its annual general meeting held on Thursday voted against re-electing Chair Michael Heller, amid other proposals receiving less than 80% approval.
The company said 26% of shares cast voted against approving the remuneration report, while 25% voted against re-electing two other directors, Christopher Joll, chair of the audit & remuneration committees, and Non-Executive Director John Sibbald.
Bisichi shares were untraded at 213.25 pence each in London on Friday mid-morning.
