Total NAV return for the year ended February 28 is 146.25p per share, up from 144.32p a year prior. Net return on ordinary activities before tax was £3.0 million, up sharply from £898,000 the previous year. Gains on investments totalled £3.8 million, surging from £1.2 million a year prior. Proposes a final dividend of 1.25p per share.
