JZ Capital Partners Ltd - microcap-focused investment company - Shares surge as firm issues an update on its interest in the secondary fund JZHL Secondary Fund LP. The secondary fund receives $165 million to $180 million as an one of its investees is selling its interests. JZ Capital expects to receive between $89 million to $94 million from the sale. It uplifts the firm’s net asset value by between 56 to 63 US cents per ordinary share. As of March 31, that value stood at $4.37. JZ’s remaining interest in the secondary fund is valued at about $71.2 million, it says.
