Tasty PLC - London-based casual dining restaurant operator - Swings to a pretax profit of £1.2 million in year to December 26 from a loss at £12.6 million the year before. This was on revenue growth of 44% to £34.9 million from £24.2 million. Credits growth to strong sales growth despite weaker trading for key December period, due to the onset of the Omicron variant.

Plans to expand with five to six new units. Warns that labour shortages, food inflation, the ending of government support in terms of reduced value-added tax and business rates and utility price volatility might hurt its profit going forward.

Current stock price: 5.65 pence, up 13% on Wednesday
