Furness now is interested in 19.7 million shares, a 31% stake, while the concert party of which he is a member has a 38% stake. essensys shares are down 68% since the start of March, following a trading update for the half-year that ended January 31, in which it warned of extended sales cycles leading to lower-than-anticipated sales bookings in the year to date.
