Billington Holdings PLC - Barnsley, England-based construction company - Forms a new subsidiary, Specialist Protective Coatings Ltd, focused on surface preparation and the application of protective coatings. The subsidiary has been formed following Billington’s acquisition of the trading assets of Orrmac Coatings Ltd, a Sheffield-based specialist painting company in January, the company explains.
