Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield, England-based builder and property developer - Chair Jamie Boot will retire following the annual general meeting on May 26, after 40-years with the company. Promotes Senior Independent Director Peter Mawson to succeed as chair. Mawson has been on the board since 2015. Joanne Lake will move to senior independent director from deputy chair, and the deputy chair role will be retired. Aims to appoint an additional independent non-executive director during 2022.

JD Sports Fashion PLC - Bury, Lancashire-based athleisurewear retailer - Promotes Kath Smith to senior independent director, starting Friday. Smith has been on the board since 2019.

AIB Group PLC - Dublin-based bank - Senior Independent Director Carolan Lennon will resign from board effective on June 30, having served since 2016.

Glantus Holdings PLC - Dublin-based accounts payable automation and analytics - Hires David Rosenthal to be chief operating officer. The non-board role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Glantus business units and report to Chief Executive Officer Maurice Healy. Rosenthal has worked in financial services with KPMG, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Commerzbank and Societe Generale.

dotdigital Group PLC - London-based online marketing - Chief Financial Officer Paraag Amin will depart on March 31, having served four years in post. Amin will support CEO Milan Patel for the release of interim results on Thursday next week. Finance Director George Kasparian will cover CFO duties until a new CFO has been found.

Ilika PLC - Romsey, England-based solid-state battery technology - CFO Steve Boydell resigns, leaving in July, ‘to pursue other opportunities’. Boydell will remain past the end of Ilika’s current financial year, which ends April 30. A search for a successor has begun.

Intuitive Investments Group PLC - closed-end investment company focused on life sciences - Appoints Julian Baines as non-executive chair, starting immediately. Baines currently is a member of the company’s advisory panel. He also is non-executive chair of Verici Dx PLC and of Trellus Health PLC. Baines is deputy non-executive chair of EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC, a company for which he previously was CEO. The current executive chair of Intuitive, David Evans, will step down as a company director and instead become chair of its investment committee. Intuitive also announces the acquisition of Touchless Innovation Ltd, a provider of disinfection and hygiene services. Touchless in turn has acquired Sanoserv International Franchising Ltd. Intuitive will pay for new and existing shares of Touchless with £1 million in cash and the issue of 28.9 million shares, worth about £5 million. Touchless will use the funds from the new shares, plus existing cash, to buy partner Sanoserv. Intuitive also will raise £607,000 from the issue of new shares for subscription at 22p.
