On 30 October 2024, the Company announced it had exchanged contracts for the sale of its freehold property at Brooks Road, Lewes. The Company confirms that the transaction is notifiable under UKLR 7.3.1 (2)(a) as the ratio of consideration to be received from the Disposal exceeds 25% of the market capitalisation of the Company and the Disposal therefore meets the criteria of a Significant Transaction.
