Results of Annual General Meeting
Synergia Energy Ltd (the Company) is pleased to announce the voting results from the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on Friday, 22 November 2024.
The Company advises that all motions put to the meeting were voted on by poll, with all resolutions carried.
Details of the proxy voting and voting outcomes for all motions put to the meeting are set out in the
attached report.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR") and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
