Christian Duus, former CFO of Adform, has been appointed CFO, effective January 1, 2025. Christian Duus is an experienced CFO, who has worked in the ad-tech sector as CFO of Adform and previously as a management consultant for Bain & Company. He will begin his role on January 1, 2025. Paul Echt will remain in an advisory role within Verve during the first half of 2025 to ensure a smooth transition to the new CFO.
